How are you able to supply and install the doors cheaper than most of your competitors can even supply the doors for without offering an installation package?
Simple really most other companies do not manufacture the doors themselves they just buy from a company that does manufacture doors. We make all the doors in our own factory so we do not have to add big mark ups onto our products, like we would if we had to buy off another company. Also alot of doors are made in Germany so the companies that buy from abroad have to add all the transportation cost onto their doors aswell, we literally make the door then its into our vans to be installed. Also we guarantee your door fitted within 21 day a lot of other companies that do not manufacture have no control over how long it takes to make a door and we have total control, with some companies you can be waiting upto 8 weeks. 

What are the doors made of?
The insulated doors are made from double skinned aluminium lath that is hinged together. Because these doors hinge rather than bend, the headroom requirement is less than the single skin doors. The deluxe doors are all laminated to provide a longer lasting finish with a 5 year guarantee.

What is delivery and installation time?
Delivery and installation is guaranteed within 21 days of the order.

Will I be informed of delivery?
Yes, our fitters will contact you the day before delivery to arrange a time to install  your door.

Do the electric doors require a special electric supply?
The control boxes come with a 13amp plug attached. A 13amp socket will be required to plug the door in. Most people use an extension lead during installation and a permanent feed later on.

What is the guarantee? 
The insulated  roller doors have the following guarantees:

Motor: 5 years
Laminated woodgrain finish : 5 years
All other parts: 2 years

What is the delivery charge?
Delivery to mainland UK is included in the price. We do not deliver to Highlands or Islands. We may make a charge to deliver North and West of Aberdeen. If unsure please contact us before you place your order and we will calculate a delivery charge for you.

Is there a rubber seal on the bottom of the doors?
Yes on both types of door there is a rubber seal on the bottom. This will help to seal the door against an uneven floor, although if the floor is sloping or very uneven the rubber seal won't be very effective.

How many remote controls do I get with the door and what's the range?
Your door will come with two remote controls (unless you order extra). The range is approx 30m from the door but this does vary from site to site. Local radio interference can affect range dramatically but this is rare.

What is the best way to lubricate my door?
Do not use oil or grease to lubricate the guides of your door. The best form of lubrication is Silicone spray. This gives a clean lubrication to the door. The guides need to be kept clean and lubricated as needed.
